Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive NYSC Human Resources Intern to join our HR team at Wells Accounting and Tax Services.
- This internship offers an excellent opportunity for corps members to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, build essential professional skills, and learn how HR operations work in a structured business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes including job posting, screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and other correspondence.
- Participate in HR compliance and audit activities.
- Provide administrative support in organizing trainings, staff welfare activities, and HR meetings.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Currently serving in the NYSC program and seeking a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
- B.Sc. or HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
Salary
