Job Description:

We are seeking a high-impact Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Lekki. As an HRBP, you will act as a strategic advisor to department heads, aligning human capital initiatives with our broader business objectives. Requirements:

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that drive productivity, organizational design, and workforce planning.

  • Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline development to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.

  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary advisor on grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, maintaining a fair, inclusive, and professional workplace.

  • Performance Excellence: Lead the performance review cycles, providing managers with the tools to coach staff, set KPIs, and address performance gaps.

  • Learning & Development (L&D): Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs that support both individual career progression and succession planning.

  • HR Operations & Analytics: Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, maintain accurate personnel data, and generate management dashboards to track workforce health.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, CIPD) is highly valued.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in sectors such as service, hospitality, FMCG, retail, logistics, or manufacturing.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Deep expertise in Nigerian labor law and HR best practices.

    • Proven ability in conflict resolution and stakeholder management.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and generate reports.

  • Professional Attributes: High level of discretion, integrity, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Salary

N300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
