Job Description:

We are seeking a smart, organized, and highly proactive HR / Admin Officer to serve as the operational backbone of our company. You will play a vital role in building efficient administrative workflows and supporting the human resources function to ensure our workplace remains productive, organized, and employee-focused. This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional who thrives on variety and is eager to take the initiative in building structured processes from the ground up.

Requirements:

  • Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring the office runs smoothly, supplies are managed, and vendor relationships are effectively maintained.

  • HR Support: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly. You will also manage staff records, attendance tracking, and essential documentation.

  • Communication & Documentation: Draft professional letters, internal reports, and company-wide communications. You will also coordinate meetings and provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.

  • Policy Implementation: Support the development and rollout of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are followed consistently to maintain a professional and positive work environment.

  • Efficiency Drives: Proactively identify areas for improvement in office organization and administrative workflows, proposing and implementing solutions that save time and reduce friction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Previous experience in an Admin or HR support role is an added advantage.

  • Organizational Mastery: Strong ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities without losing attention to detail.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.

  • Attributes: We are looking for a fast learner who can work independently, solve problems on the fly, and approach every task with a proactive "can-do" attitude.

Salary

₦200,000 - ₦250,000/month
