Job Description:
The HR Manager at Sunchi Integrated Farms will play a critical role in shaping and leading human resource strategies to support organizational goals. With a focus on developing a positive work environment, you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and employee relations.
Requirements:
- Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent in line with business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction to ensure new hires have a positive integration experience.
- Manage workforce planning to meet current and future business needs, ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting effective communication, engagement, and consultation with employees at all levels.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policy and labor laws.
- Coordinate wellness programs and staff engagement events to improve morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, including annual reviews, performance development plans, and career pathing.
- Collaborate with department heads to establish individual and team KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance management best practices to promote continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and standards to ensure legal compliance and alignment with the company's goals.
- Keep abreast of changes in employment laws and regulations, ensuring policies reflect the latest requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices, documentation, and procedures to maintain high standards and legal compliance.
- Identify and analyze training needs, designing and delivering effective development programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career advancement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIHRM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in agriculture or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proven experience in handling HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and learning & development.
