Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic, people-oriented, and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead the HR function at our Abuja facility. You will be responsible for defining and executing our human capital strategy, ensuring that we attract, develop, and retain the best talent to drive our business objectives forward. We are looking for a visionary leader who can balance high-level organizational planning with hands-on employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Requirements:

• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with company goals, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

• Talent Management: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance appraisals, career development, and offboarding.

• Employee Relations: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. Serve as a trusted advisor to management and an advocate for employee engagement.

• Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are in full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and international standards.

• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation structures to remain competitive and compliant.

• Performance Leadership: Drive a culture of continuous improvement by managing performance review systems, addressing skill gaps, and coordinating professional development programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA, MSc, or relevant professional certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI, SHRM) is highly preferred.

• Experience: Proven professional experience as an HR Manager or a senior-level HR practitioner, with a deep understanding of the Nigerian labor market.
