Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead our people operations in Abuja. In this role, you will be the bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive work environment while ensuring operational efficiency across our administrative and facilities functions. We are looking for an HR professional who can balance the human side of the business employee satisfaction and development with the structured side policy creation and disciplinary oversight. Requirements:
Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and finalizing onboarding.
Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills, drive career growth, and ensure staff remain aligned with company objectives.
Policy & Compliance: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive company policies that ensure organizational consistency and legal compliance.
Employee Relations & Discipline: Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns. Conduct disciplinary actions fairly, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
Employee Satisfaction: Proactively monitor and improve workplace culture, ensuring that employee morale remains high and retention remains strong.
Administrative/Facility Support: Coordinate closely with administrative and facilities teams to ensure the workspace environment supports productivity and safety.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc) or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3–10 years of proven experience in an HR leadership or senior practitioner role.
