Job Description:

The Human Resource Manager will play a vital role in managing the organization’s workforce to drive business success. This position involves developing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives to cultivate a high-performance culture.

• Manage the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.

• Oversee performance management systems, facilitating regular appraisals and employee development.

• Address employee demands, grievances, and conflicts to promote healthy employee relations.

• Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages in line with industry standards.

Requirements:
