As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in the operational success of our school, ensuring our people are supported from recruitment through to daily engagement.

Requirements:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment by posting job advertisements, shortlisting top-tier candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.

• HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate, confidential personnel records and manage the HR database.

• Compliance: Ensure full adherence to school HR policies, procedures, and relevant Nigerian labor laws.

• Attendance & Payroll Support: Track employee attendance, manage leave requests, and provide precise data to assist with monthly payroll preparation.

• Onboarding & Development: Coordinate orientation and training programs to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into our community.

• Employee Engagement: Actively participate in organizing staff engagement initiatives and school events.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an HR or administrative support role.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is required; familiarity with other MS Office applications is a strong plus.

• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp focus on attention to detail.
