This is a "bridge" role: you will sit at the intersection of HR Strategy and Information Technology, transforming business requirements into automated, scalable technical solutions.
As the HRIS Manager, you will own the entire digital employee lifecycle. You aren't just managing software; you are architecting a data-driven environment that powers payroll, performance, and talent development. If you have 7–10 years of experience in HR Technology and a proven track record of leading end-to-end system migrations, we invite you to own our HR tech stack.
Requirements:
1. System Governance & Optimization
Module Mastery: Administer and optimize full-suite HRIS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Performance Management, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Data Integrity: Act as the ultimate custodian of HR data, ensuring 100% accuracy, system stability, and rigorous security protocols.
Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks in manual HR operations and implement automated workflows to drive cross-departmental efficiency.
2. Strategic Project Leadership
Implementation & Migration: Lead high-stakes HRIS projects, including system upgrades, third-party integrations, and full-scale platform migrations.
Project Lifecycle Management: Own the development of project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with global business priorities.
Change Management: Drive user adoption and post-implementation reviews, ensuring that technical changes are embraced by the workforce.
3. Data Analytics & Compliance
Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary subject matter expert and escalation point for system errors, configuration issues, and integration failures.
Business Intelligence: Translate raw people data into actionable insights through advanced reporting and dashboard creation to support executive decision-making.
Security & Privacy: Ensure the HRIS remains in full compliance with global data privacy laws (like GDPR/NDPR) and internal security audits.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: HND or First Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 7–10 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR Technology, with a focus on system administration and data management.
Project Mastery: Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end HRIS implementation or migration project.
Certifications (Added Advantage): SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, or specific HRIS Technology Certifications (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle).
Core Competencies
Technical Configuration: Ability to translate HR requirements into system logic and technical configurations.
Data Literacy: Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data validation and reporting.
Problem Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Regulatory IQ: Deep knowledge of data security, privacy, and HR compliance standards.
