Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR professional to manage our internal operations and help foster a positive, high-performing, and compliant work environment. You will be the primary point of contact for our team, playing a vital role in everything from recruitment and culture-building to conflict resolution and workforce strategy.

Requirements:

• Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from defining role requirements and advertising positions to conducting interviews and managing onboarding.

• Employee Relations: Act as a central support system for staff, navigating conflict resolution, grievance handling, and maintaining open lines of communication with management.

• Culture & Compliance: Drive initiatives that build an inclusive workplace culture, ensure all employees understand and align with company policies, and manage the full employee lifecycle (including offboarding).

• HR Strategy: Contribute to long-term organizational success by supporting change management, planning workforce needs, and assisting in the development of leadership and succession plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.

• Experience & Certification: 3–4 years of relevant experience in HR management, supported by a professional HR certification (NYSC experience qualifies).
