Job Description:

  • We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our teamand ensure compliance with labor lawsand industry standards.
  • The ideal candidate will support the HR department in driving efficient operations while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and on-boarding processes, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentations.
  • Support the performance management process, including tracking evaluations and implementing improvement plans.
  • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and shift scheduling
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
  • Handle employee relations matters and contribute to resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate health and safety initiatives within the workplace.
  • Contribute to various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
