Job Description:
- Are you looking for an exciting role in HR where no two days are the same? Would you love to work in a fast-paced environment supporting a growing startup transforming the gig economy in Nigeria?
- Secure hub Connect Limited is looking for an HR Administrator to join our team in Ibadan. You’ll play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, compliance, and staff engagement.
- This is a full-time role, requiring going to the office.
What You'll Do
- Support employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding)
- Manage and update HR records, documentation, and digital filing system
- Prepare HR reports, meeting notes, memos, and official communications
- Handle employee queries relating to pay, attendance, and benefits
- Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
- Maintain and track performance reviews, leave records, and disciplinary actions
- Support audits, HRIS updates, and policy compliance
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup environment.
