Job Description:
- The HR Executive will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
- The role requires hands-on sourcing experience, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of hiring closures, along with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate technical/managerial interviews and follow up for feedback
- Drive offer rollouts, negotiation support, and closure of open positions
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Support job postings and employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring initiatives when required
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination
- Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks
- Support HR operations teams with employee data updates and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred
- 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment
- Experience hiring for multiple roles/functions is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Experience with job portals, ATS/HRMS, and social recruiting
- Good understanding of interview processes and offer management
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple open positions.

Salary
