Job Description:
We are seeking a technically sound and operationally strong HR Executive to serve as the "engine room" of our Human Resources department. In this role, you will drive the day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of payroll, statutory compliance, and critical employee lifecycle programs. You will provide reliable execution support to senior HR leadership, managing everything from intricate payroll reconciliations to the logistics of learning and development initiatives.

Requirements:
Payroll, Pension & Statutory Administration
Payroll Processing: Manage monthly payroll with high accuracy, overseeing inputs, validations, and final reconciliations.
Compliance: Administer pension contributions and ensure timely remittances for all statutory deductions, including PAYE, NHF, and NSITF.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all payroll and statutory transactions to ensure audit readiness.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a professional experience for all candidates and exiting staff.
Data Integrity: Manage employee records and maintain the absolute integrity of data across our HR systems and physical files.
System Management: Utilize HRIS platforms such as Zoho Recruit and PaidHR to streamline service delivery and reporting.
Program Execution & HR Projects
Performance Management: Coordinate the administrative side of performance cycles, including tracking appraisals and maintaining documentation.
L&D Support: Handle the logistics for Learning & Development initiatives, including training schedules, attendance tracking, and materials.
Engagement: Assist in the execution of employee engagement activities and internal HR projects designed to foster a positive workplace culture.
Employee Relations & Support
First-Level Guidance: Act as the point of contact for basic employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Reporting: Utilize Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) to generate reports on headcount, attrition, and payroll trends.
Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings and interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–6 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to payroll administration and HR operations.
Track Record: Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines while providing reliable support to senior leadership.
Technical Competencies
Payroll Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory remittances.
Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data reconciliation and analysis.
Systems Familiarity: Experience using Zoho Recruit, PaidHR, or similar HRIS/Payroll software.
Core Competencies
Accuracy: High attention to detail with a data-driven approach to work.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication abilities with the discretion required to handle confidential information.
