Job Description:

• We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong mobile development experience using React Native and solid knowledge of backend technologies to help build and scale our mobile and web platforms.
• You will work closely with product, design, and backend engineers to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities
Mobile Development:

• Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native (iOS & Android).
• Implement clean, reusable UI components and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs.
• Debug, optimize, and improve app performance.

Backend Development:

• Design, build, and maintain backend services using Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar).
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL where applicable).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
• Ensure backend services are scalable, secure, and well-documented.

Database & Infrastructure:

• Design and manage databases using MongoDB
• Write efficient queries and manage data models and migrations.
• Work with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deployments and storage.
• Assist with CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
• Collaboration & Quality
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate requirements
• into features.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with React Native for mobile development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Node.js backend development.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub).
• Familiarity with mobile app deployment processes (App Store & Play Store).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Expo, Redux or similar state management tools.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience building fintech, agtech, or data-driven platforms.
