Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Handle compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination.
- Foster a positive work environment and company culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the REAL ESTATE SECTOR is an added advantage.
- Must reside on the Island (Lekki and environs).
