A reputable institution is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and customer-focused candidate to oversee the day-to-day management of its hall facilities to external bodies in the capacity below:
Job Description:
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and effective utilisation of the events hall
- Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and ensure smooth exe- cution
- Supervise setup and clean-up activities, ensuring the hall is well-prepared at all times
- Maintain an updated calendar of events and provide timely communication to all stake- holders
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and facility guidelines
- Manage hall staff, service vendors, and operational logistics
- Prepare and maintain administrative records, reports, and invoices
- Promote the hall's services to attract more bookings and maintain positive client. relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in event management, hospitality, or facility ad- ministration
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer-service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools
- Willingness to work weekends or extended hours when events require.
