We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Production Supervisor will coordinate and oversee daily production activities, lead production teams across multiple lines, monitor production targets, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the food industry or similar production environment
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, reporting, and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Hausa
