Job Description:
We are seeking a high-impact Digital Marketing Manager to architect and execute our end-to-end digital growth strategy. This is a leadership role designed for a "Data-Driven Creative"—someone who can build compelling brand narratives while obsessing over conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs. You will move beyond simple campaign management to lead a multidisciplinary team, managing everything from SEO/SEM and high-performance social strategies to full-funnel lead generation. If you have a proven track record of scaling digital presence and mentoring high-performing teams, we want you to own our digital engine.
Requirements:
1. Integrated Strategy & Performance Marketing
Strategic Roadmap: Develop and implement 360-degree digital strategies that align with core business objectives and revenue targets.
Full-Funnel Campaigns: Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Social Media, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Email, and Display advertising.
Lead Generation: Drive aggressive online customer acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality pipeline for the sales team.
2. Digital Ecosystem & Asset Management
Web & SEO Governance: Oversee the company website, ensuring peak performance, technical SEO health, and a seamless user experience (UX).
Content & Social Leadership: Direct the social media strategy and content planning, fostering deep community engagement and high brand recall.
Brand Consistency: Serve as the digital brand custodian, ensuring a unified voice and visual identity across all platforms.
3. Analytics, Budgeting & Leadership
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze complex campaign performance data to identify trends and optimize for maximum ROI and cost-efficiency.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the digital marketing budget and negotiate high-value vendor and agency relationships.
Team Mentorship: Lead, inspire, and mentor internal digital team members and external partners to achieve peak performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Pedigree
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
Experience: 5–8 years of core digital marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM integration.
