Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and aesthetically rigorous Creative Lead to anchor the visual frontier of our multi-brand portfolio. In a high-volume digital economy, success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level strategic concepts with the clinical precision required to build scalable design systems, iconography, and multi-channel marketing assets. This role is designed for a "Design Architect" with at least 5 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastery of Adobe Suite and Figma) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage complex production pipelines and mentor a team of specialized designers.
Requirements:
1. Design Execution & Production Orchestration
Concept Synthesis: Translate the Brand Strategist’s high-level concepts into polished, design-ready assets with millimetric precision, ensuring every graphic supports the overarching marketing objective.
Multi-Channel Delivery: Lead the end-to-end production of digital ads, landing page assets, event collateral, and social media templates across all brands.
Workflow Governance: Manage the creative lifecycle from ideation to final delivery, ensuring "Zero-Bottleneck" transitions between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
2. Visual Standards & Identity Stewardship
Identity Synchronization: Ensure every creative output aligns perfectly with the Brand Strategist’s approved guidelines, maintaining absolute visual consistency across all customer touchpoints.
Systems Architecture: Maintain and update scalable brand asset libraries, iconography, and visual systems to ensure the creative team operates from a unified "Source of Truth."
Quality Assurance (QA): Review all internal and external outputs for quality and accuracy, providing clinical feedback and revision guidance to the Video/Motion Designer.
3. Systems Management & Creative Efficiency
Tooling & Version Control: Manage design systems and creative files with high-fidelity version control, identifying and implementing plugins or tools that improve team efficiency.
Pipeline Scalability: Build and maintain a creative production pipeline capable of supporting multiple brands simultaneously without compromising on aesthetic quality.
Mentorship & Diplomacy: Supervise and guide designers and motion designers, fostering a culture of high-speed technical excellence and collaborative problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Graphic or Visual Design, with at least 2 years in a Senior or Lead role.
Portfolio Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality branding, campaign design, and digital marketing assets.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or similar platforms.
