Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and mission-driven Social Media / Communications Manager to anchor the digital frontier of Women Radio. In the specialized sector of gender-focused media, success is defined by "Narrative Sovereignty"—the ability to harmonize high-fidelity storytelling with the clinical precision required for YouTube growth, stakeholder diplomacy, and institutional reputation management. This role is designed for a "Communications Architect" with 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (multimedia content production) with the "Strategic Diplomacy" required to manage media relations and organizational visibility.
Requirements:
1. Narrative Orchestration & Digital Strategy
Communication Governance: Develop and implement a high-fidelity communications and social media strategy that enhances Women Radio’s visibility as a "Source of Authority" for women's voices.
Multimedia Architecture: Create and publish high-quality video, audio, and graphic content across all platforms, ensuring every post aligns synchronously with the station’s mission.
YouTube Sovereignty: Lead the aggressive growth of the Women Radio YouTube channel through strategic content optimization, audience analytics, and high-engagement community management.
2. Institutional Diplomacy & Reputation Management
Messaging Integrity: Oversee all internal and external communications, acting as the clinical "Final Reviewer" for all materials to ensure consistent organizational messaging and brand fidelity.
Media Relations: Manage the station’s external persona through professionally engineered press releases, public announcements, and proactive stakeholder engagement.
Engagement Stewardship: Monitor digital platforms with a "Service-First" mindset, ensuring timely and professional responses that protect and enhance the station’s reputation.
3. Analytics & Growth Engineering
Performance Intelligence: Analyze digital performance metrics with millimetric precision, preparing high-impact reports that identify technical opportunities for campaign optimization.
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the CEO and various departments to promote organizational programs and events, ensuring "Zero-Gap" coordination in all promotional efforts.
Trend Reconnaissance: Stay updated on digital communication tools and platform algorithm shifts, ensuring the station remains at the "Cutting Edge" of digital advocacy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of robust experience in social media management and digital content creation.
Technical Mastery: Expertise in YouTube optimization, social media analytics tools, and multimedia content development.
