Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic, empathetic, and professional Customer Support Personnel to join our team across our Lagos and Ogun locations. In this role, you will be the direct link between our brand and our customers. You will handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide support that ensures our customers feel valued and heard. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Inquiry Resolution: Actively listen to customer needs, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues to provide accurate and helpful solutions.

  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and detailed logs of customer interactions, feedback, and resolved cases.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our services/products to provide clear and informed guidance to customers.

  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution for our clients.

  • Service Excellence: Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying trends in feedback and suggesting improvements to our service protocols.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer support or service-oriented role is an added advantage.

Salary

₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
