Job Description:
- Supervise the customer service team, ensuring high-quality support and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to increase retention and engagement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance and service targets.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics to management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our cosmetic products to provide accurate advice and solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in any related field (Business, Communications, Marketing, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience in cosmetics, retail, or the beauty industry is an advantage.
