Job Description:
Our client is seeking a smart, proactive, and results-oriented Customer Care Representative to serve as the critical bridge between initial inquiry and closed transaction. In the competitive real estate sector, customer care is not a reactive function, it is a strategic sales engine. This role is designed for a "Relationship Architect", a professional with 1–2 years of experience who understands how to blend high-empathy service with the persuasive grit required to convert prospects into property owners.
Your mission is to ensure "Seamless Journey Management." You will be responsible for the entire client lifecycle: from responding to high-intent inquiries across WhatsApp and social media to coordinating property inspections and maintaining the long-term relationships that drive referrals. If you possess "Follow-up Discipline" and the professional poise to manage high-net-worth visitors in a walk-in environment, we want you to drive our client experience.
Requirements:
1. Lead Nurturing & Sales Integration
Omnichannel Responsiveness: Act as the first point of contact via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, providing rapid, professional, and accurate information on property portfolios, pricing, and payment plans.
Conversion Discipline: Systematically follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads, overcoming objections and guiding them through the sales funnel toward closure.
Campaign Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute property campaigns, ensuring that all marketing-generated interest is captured and converted.
2. Client Relationship Governance
Referral Architecture: Maintain proactive engagement with existing clients, fostering the trust and satisfaction necessary to generate high-quality referrals and repeat business.
Inspection Coordination: Facilitate the logistics of property viewings and client meetings, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces a premium brand image.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve client concerns or documentation hurdles with speed and diplomacy, maintaining a positive experience even under high-pressure situations.
3. Operational Excellence & Brand Image
Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and sales activities, ensuring the CRM reflects real-time lead status and historical data.
Front-Office Leadership: Manage walk-in customers and visitors with professional grace, ensuring the office environment reflects the company’s standards of excellence.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local real estate trends and competitor pricing to provide clients with authoritative and comparative insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of proven experience in customer service or sales. Experience in Real Estate is a significant competitive advantage.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM platforms, and email).
