Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing, results-oriented Customer Sales Officer to join our office-based sales team. Unlike traditional field marketing, this role focuses on the "Art of the Close"—taking high-quality, generated leads and converting them into paying clients through expert persuasion, persistent follow-up, and strategic negotiation. This position is designed for a sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and is motivated by a transparent, tiered commission structure that rewards high volume. Requirements:

1. Lead Conversion & Sales Mastery

  • Inbound/Outbound Excellence: Manage all sales communications via calls, emails, and digital platforms, ensuring a high-energy and professional brand representation.

  • Persuasive Negotiation: Guide prospective clients through the sales funnel, addressing objections and articulating value to secure confirmed sales.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous follow-up schedule to ensure no lead goes cold, maximizing the conversion rate of every provided resource.

2. Relationship Stewardship & Growth

  • Client Retention: Build and maintain strong professional relationships to encourage repeat business and organic referrals.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Branch Manager and Sales Head to refine scripts, identify market trends, and implement strategies that drive higher conversion rates.

  • Professional Presentations: Present the company's service catalog with clarity and confidence, ensuring the client’s needs are met with the right solutions.

3. Data Integrity & Compliance

  • Activity Tracking: Log and report daily sales activities, client feedback, and transaction statuses with 100% accuracy.

  • System Proficiency: Utilize CRM software and Microsoft Office tools to manage client databases and maintain a clear "source of truth" for management.

  • Operational Compliance: Ensure all transactions and client interactions adhere to company procedures and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Tenure: 3–8 years of proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a dedicated sales role.

  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a structured environment.

Core Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a sharp, persuasive edge.

  • Tech Literacy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
