Job Description:
Our client, a reputable company in the oil and gas sector, is seeking a well-groomed and professional Confidential Secretary to provide high-level administrative support. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executives’ schedules, appointments, and calendars efficiently.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain confidential documents and records.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for senior executives.
- Oversee office administration and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records related to the supply chain process.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding confidentiality and security of information.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or BSC in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in supply chain administration is required.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Must be willing to provide police clearance for criminal records verification.
Salary
