Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Customer Service Representative to handle complex customer issues, provide advanced technical support, and supervise junior technical CSRs.
  • The role requires strong technical skills, leadership ability, and a customer-first mindset.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve escalated technical issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and feedback.
  • Document recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and support junior Technical CSRs.
  • Provide guidance and training to improve team performance.

Requirements:

  • 5 years in technical customer support.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems/tools (e.g., CRM, telecom software).
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a support team

Salary

N200,000 - N300,000 / month
