We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support to senior executives in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related such as schedule management, travel arrangement, and coordination, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system

Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial studies, or any of the relevant fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrative officer, Executive secretary, or any related field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets, applications, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Client engagement ability
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to drive
  • Prior knowledge in Real estate is mandatory.

Salary

N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly
