Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Civil Engineer to anchor the infrastructure engine of our Lagos-based projects. In a high-stakes urban landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the finishing and the precision of the structural stability success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize construction workflows with the clinical precision required for High-Rise Maintenance, Façade Engineering (Aluco Board), and Aluminum/Glass Installation. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect", specifically a professional with 5 to 6 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural principles) with the "Operational Agility" required to coordinate a 10-man specialized team through to project completion.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Structural Governance

• Sovereignty of Stability: Manage and coordinate a 10-man construction and finishing team with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Structural Safety."

• Façade Architecture: Oversee the installation of aluco boards, glass, and aluminum partitions, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite building aesthetics.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all high-rise maintenance and construction meet rigid engineering standards, ensuring the "Source of Building Longevity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Finishing Logic

• Maintenance Sovereignty: Monitor high-rise building systems and distribute tasks to subordinates, acting as the primary "Source of Infrastructure Health."

• Procurement Architecture: Lead contractor management including sourcing, pricing, and tendering, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective project delivery.

• Finishing Stewardship: Execute hands-on finishing for doors, windows, and partitions, maintaining the "Source of Architectural Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaborative Power

• Software Sovereignty: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and CAD software to guide site operations, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Precision."

• Team Architecture: Facilitate high-speed collaboration between clients and professionals, providing the "Relational Foundation" for project alignment.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 5–6 years of civil engineering expertise to accelerate the "Tender-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Construction Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND/B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is an advantage).

• Experience: 5 – 6 years of relevant work experience in finishing buildings and high-rise construction.

• Licensing: Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and strong mathematical/engineering principles.

• Management: Proven experience managing a technical team of 10 or more.
