Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Draftsman to anchor the technical visualization engine of our engineering projects. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the revision and the precision of the schematics success is defined by "Design Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation specifications with the clinical precision required for 2D/3D Drafting, Revision Control, and Site Validation. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect", specifically a professional with 7–10 years of experience and a preferred background as a Project Engineer who can blend "Field Grit" (participating in site inspections to validate as-built conditions) with the "Operational Agility" required to support tenders, RFQs, and project submissions.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Drafting Sovereignty: Prepare accurate 2D and 3D engineering drawings for multi-disciplinary systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Visualization."

• Specification Architecture: Translate calculations and project requirements into sound drawings, providing the "Structural Foundation" for feasibility and execution.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain drawing clarity and compliance with industry codes, ensuring the "Source of Engineering Standards" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Coordination Logic

• Alignment Sovereignty: Collaborate with Project Engineers to ensure designs reflect the actual project scope, acting as the primary "Source of Design Alignment."

• Validation Architecture: Participate in site inspections to validate as-built conditions against current drawings, providing the "Functional Foundation" for accurate project close-outs.

• Review Stewardship: Assist in verifying the technical accuracy of design documents before execution, maintaining the "Source of Quality Control."

3. Operational Integrity & Standardization Power

• Revision Sovereignty: Maintain rigorous revision control and drawing registers, acting as the primary "Source of Documentation History."

• Template Architecture: Contribute to the standardization of drawing templates and libraries, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-project consistency.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 7–10 years of O&G and industrial experience to accelerate the "Change-Request-to-Updated-Drawing" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Technical Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Diploma, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

• Experience: 7 – 10 years in oil & gas, industrial, or complex engineering projects.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other specialized design software.

• Project Insight: Prior experience as a Project Engineer is strongly preferred to ensure technically sound outputs.
