Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Facility Engineer to anchor the infrastructure engine of our Alimosho retail facilities. In a high-traffic retail landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the repair and the precision of the indoor climate success is defined by "Facility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems with the clinical precision required for HVAC Performance, Preventive Maintenance, and Energy Efficiency. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect", specifically a professional with 3 to 4 years of experience and strong HVAC expertise who can blend "Technical Grit" (diagnosing complex system faults and managing vendors) with the "Operational Agility" required to ensure zero-downtime store operations.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Climate Governance

• HVAC Sovereignty: Monitor and maintain complex HVAC systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Indoor Air Quality."

• System Architecture: Oversee daily daily operations of electrical and plumbing systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless retail environments.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Preventive Sovereignty: Conduct routine inspections and implement maintenance schedules, acting as the primary "Source of Infrastructure Longevity."

• Troubleshooting Architecture: Diagnose and resolve faults in MEP systems promptly, providing the "Functional Foundation" for minimal store downtime.

• Efficiency Stewardship: Implement energy-saving initiatives and monitor utility usage, maintaining the "Source of Cost-Optimized Operations."

3. Operational Integrity & Partner Power

• Vendor Sovereignty: Manage contractors and service providers for specialized facility tasks, acting as the primary "Source of External Quality Control."

• Reporting Architecture: Maintain accurate maintenance logs and performance reports, providing the "Relational Foundation" for data-driven facility management.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–4 years of engineering expertise to accelerate the "Fault-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).

• Experience: 3 – 4 years in facility management, with strong HVAC specialization (retail background is an advantage).

• Technical Power: Solid knowledge of troubleshooting HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.

• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
