Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Head of Civil Engineering to lead the infrastructure engine of our organization. In a specialized construction landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the build-cycle and the precision of the engineering standard success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex project concepts with the clinical precision required for Design Approval, Site Supervision, and Resource Optimization. This role is designed for a "Civil Architect", specifically a Bachelor’s degree holder with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (reviewing complex drawings and engineering documentation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously within strict budget constraints.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Technical Governance

• Project Sovereignty: Lead and oversee all civil engineering projects from concept to completion, acting as the primary "Source of Structural Vision."

• Design Architecture: Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation, providing the "Structural Foundation" for project viability.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with engineering standards and building regulations, ensuring the "Source of Public Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic

• Site Sovereignty: Supervise site activities to ensure execution according to millimetric specifications, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Fidelity."

• Resource Architecture: Monitor project progress and ensure the efficient utilization of materials and equipment, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost efficiency.

• Risk Stewardship: Identify structural or logistical risks and implement corrective actions, maintaining the "Source of Project Continuity."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Personnel Sovereignty: Manage and coordinate engineers, contractors, and site personnel, acting as the primary "Source of Team Cohesion."

• Stakeholder Architecture: Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities on all project-related matters, providing the "Relational Foundation" for institutional alignment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and construction.

• Certification Advantage: Professional certification (e.g., COREN) is highly preferred.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in AutoCAD and other specialized engineering design tools.
