We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development Manager to spearhead our global partnership ecosystem. In the competitive CFD and Forex brokerage space, growth is fueled by strategic alliances. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and nurture high-value relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Institutional Partners worldwide.
You will act as a strategic architect, designing acquisition campaigns and optimizing revenue channels while representing our brand on the global stage at industry expos and networking events. Requirements:
1. Strategic Partnership & IB Ecosystem Management
Global Onboarding: Proactively identify and secure new client and partnership opportunities across diverse global markets.
Relationship Lifecycle: Build and manage high-impact relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), money managers, and institutional partners, ensuring their long-term alignment with our growth goals.
Performance Optimization: Monitor partner performance data to identify trends, optimize revenue channels, and deliver strategic insights to leadership.
2. Market Intelligence & Product Advocacy
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of leveraged trading products and the technical nuances of the MT4/MT5 platforms.
Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities within the CFD/Forex space to maintain a competitive edge.
Global Representation: Act as a brand ambassador at international industry events, expos, and high-level networking opportunities.
3. Campaign Collaboration & Compliance
Acquisition Strategy: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to design and execute high-impact acquisition campaigns tailored for global audiences.
Regulatory Governance: Ensure all partnership activities and marketing materials align with international regulatory standards and internal compliance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management: Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage diverse stakeholder interests across different jurisdictions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Proven success in business development or partnership management within a CFD/Forex broker or a reputable financial services firm.
Technical IQ: Deep knowledge of leveraged trading, MT4/MT5 White Labels, and global financial market dynamics.
Network: An established network of IBs, affiliates, or institutional contacts is a strong advantage.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
