Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives and define our brand’s narrative in the market. In this role, you will be the chief storyteller and strategic engine, responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of marketing plans that drive revenue and brand equity.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketer with 5+ years of experience who can pivot seamlessly between high-level market analysis and the creative nuances of social media management. Requirements:
1. Strategic Planning & Campaign Orchestration
Strategy Development: Architect comprehensive marketing roadmaps that align with the company’s commercial objectives, ensuring a clear path to market dominance.
Campaign Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring every "story" told resonates with the target audience.
Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data to refine tactics, improve ROI, and ensure marketing spend is utilized effectively.
2. Brand Identity & Digital Ecosystem
Brand Stewardship: Build and maintain a cohesive, high-impact brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints to ensure instant market recognition.
Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media presence, crafting engagement strategies that build community and drive organic growth.
Lead Generation: Design and implement robust lead generation funnels, utilizing both inbound and outbound strategies to feed the sales pipeline.
3. Market Intelligence & Analysis
Consumer Research: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, threats, and "blue ocean" opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use market insights to pivot marketing strategies in real-time, ensuring the company remains agile in a shifting economic landscape.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts are perfectly synced with sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a marketing leadership role.
Location: Must be based in Ogun State or willing to work Onsite.
