Job Description:
- We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Associate to support business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base across healthcare, manufacturing, corporate, and advisory sectors while supporting revenue generation and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target sectors
- Build and manage strong client, partner, and institutional relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Support lead generation, outreach, and conversion strategies
- Maintain and track client pipelines using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction
- Meet agreed business development, revenue, and partnership targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field with 4 - 7 years experience in business development, sales, client engagement, or commercial strategy
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills
- Highly organized, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Experience in consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, or professional services is an advantage
