Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional customer service and team leadership? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Outlet Manager to help oversee our daily restaurant operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in running daily operations, ensuring top-tier service quality, managing floor staff, and maintaining strict brand standards to drive overall performance and guest satisfaction. You will act as a vital bridge between management and team members, ensuring an efficient, welcoming, and profitable environment. Requirements:
Daily Operations Support: Assist in overseeing all aspects of daily kitchen and front-of-house operations to ensure an efficient, customer-centric workflow.
Team Supervision: Monitor team attendance, conduct, and shift productivity, ensuring full alignment with company policies and service expectations.
Sales & Profitability: Work closely with the Outlet Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, enhance outlet profitability, and uphold performance metrics.
Quality & Hygiene Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to food quality, strict hygiene protocols, and safety standards in line with regulatory and brand policies.
Customer Relations: Promptly and professionally resolve customer inquiries and concerns to foster a positive, memorable guest experience.
Inventory Control: Support inventory management processes, including routine stock audits, accurate ordering, and active waste-reduction initiatives.
Training & Mentorship: Guide, train, and inspire team members to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.
Financial Accountability: Oversee accurate cash handling, daily register reconciliation, and ensure strict compliance with internal financial procedures.
Brand Presentation: Ensure the outlet remains spotlessly clean, highly organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Business Continuity: Serve as the acting outlet lead in the absence of the Outlet Manager, making sound operational decisions to keep the business running smoothly.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: OND, HND, or B.Sc. Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. (Additional professional training in food service management is a distinct advantage).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), fast food, or hospitality setting.
