Job Description:
- Manage and retain assigned insurance accounts.
- Handle policy inquiries, renewals, endorsements, and updates.
- Track expiries, follow up on premiums, and protect revenue.
- Engage clients to improve retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly.
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Analyze existing client portfolios to identify gaps and sell additional products.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and new NAICOM regulations.
- Actively market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to support retention and repeat business.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance policies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of progressive experience with at least in brokerage or insurance industry.
- Knowledge of insurance documentation and processes.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Strong strategic planning, networking, and leadership capabilities.
- Passionate about innovation, people, and performance.
- Committed to excellence, accountability, and measurable results.
- Actively market and sell insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Salary
