Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Junior Finance Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.
• This role is ideal for a fresh graduate with a strong foundation in accounting principles who has completed NYSC and is eager to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting and financial transactions
• Support preparation and maintenance of financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
• Assist in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Support budget tracking and expense monitoring
• Assist with monthly financial reports and documentation
• Ensure proper filing of financial records and compliance documents
• Support audits and respond to basic audit queries
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Stock Keeping
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Good attention to detail and organizational ability
• High level of integrity and willingness to learn.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Accounting
• Fresh graduate
• NYSC completed (mandatory)

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Odoo)
• Internship or entry-level experience in a finance or accounting role.
