We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are hiring a dedicated and proactive Account Lead to join our dynamic team.
• The Account Lead will oversee the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes.
• This role is critical in supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor company budgets and assist in forecasting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls
• Support the finance manager with strategic financial initiatives
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Professional qualification will be considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial analysis in a production environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks) and MS Exce
