Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Executive to lead our procurement and tendering activities in Abuja. This is a high-impact role requiring deep expertise in the Nigerian Oil & Gas sector. You will be responsible for navigating complex bidding processes, including NIPEX and double-envelope tenders, while ensuring seamless vendor management and logistics coordination. If you have a proven track record of supporting projects for IOCs and NOCs and are ready to take full ownership of our supply chain and procurement strategy, we want you on our team.

Requirements:

• Tendering & Bidding Strategy: Identify, track, and manage tender opportunities on NIPEX and other procurement platforms. Lead the preparation and coordination of technical and commercial bid submissions, including complex double-envelope tenders.

• Compliance & Documentation: Rigorously review RFQs, RFPs, and ITTs to ensure 100% compliance with submission requirements. Maintain meticulous tender registers, vendor databases, and procurement records.

• Procurement & Sourcing: Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.

• IOC/NOC Project Support: Provide expert procurement support for projects involving major industry players (e.g., Shell, Total Energies, ExxonMobil, Chevron, NNPC), ensuring adherence to their specific standards.

• Logistics & Delivery: Coordinate procurement logistics to ensure timely supplier deliveries, aligning all movements with strict project timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years of progressive experience in procurement and supply chain, with specific expertise in the Oil & Gas sector.

• Technical Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency with NIPEX tenders and the ability to manage double-envelope bid submissions.

• Analytical & Negotiating Skills: Strong ability to analyze quotations, negotiate favorable terms with vendors, and optimize procurement costs.

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Organizational Agility: A highly organized approach, capable of managing multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
