In a specialized service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the availability of stock and the precision of the resource-relay success is defined by "Resource Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume stock movements with the clinical precision required for Procurement, Stock Auditing, and Vendor Coordination. This role is designed for a "Logistics Architect" specifically a professional with at least 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector who can blend "Commercial Grit" (managing daily stock levels and quality checks) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Cost Control and Variance Analysis.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Stock Governance

• Sovereignty of the Store: Manage and maintain optimal stock levels across all hospitality departments with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."

• Procurement Architecture: Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality supplies, providing the "Structural Foundation" for service continuity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Perform regular physical stock counts and reconciliations, ensuring the "Source of Inventory Data" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Cost Logic

• Waste Sovereignty: Implement rigorous controls to minimize spoilage, breakage, and theft, acting as the primary "Source of Cost Mitigation."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock items, providing the "Functional Foundation" for financial reporting.

• Quality Stewardship: Inspect all deliveries for quality and quantity compliance, maintaining the "Source of Product Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Efficiency Power

• Requisition Sovereignty: Process internal department requests with high-velocity precision, acting as the primary "Source of Internal Supply Flow."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Inventory Officer, specifically within the Hospitality Industry.

• Education: Relevant qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
