Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Warehouse Officer to join our team in Iju Ishaga. You will be at the heart of our distribution operations, responsible for maintaining high standards of inventory control, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating the seamless flow of goods. Requirements:

• Inventory Management: Oversee the receiving, inspection, and recording of all incoming goods. Organize and maintain inventory according to company standards to ensure optimal accessibility.

• Documentation & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for all stock movements (inflow and outflow). Monitor stock levels continuously and report any discrepancies, shortages, or excesses immediately.

• Logistics & Coordination: Manage the loading and offloading of goods. Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure that orders are prepared and dispatched for timely delivery.

• Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.

• Audit & Reconciliation: Lead or support periodic stock-taking exercises to ensure absolute accuracy in inventory records.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven professional experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.

• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively and maintain high attention to detail.

• Autonomy: Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision while meeting operational deadlines.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software is highly preferred and considered an added advantage.
