Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and operationally elite Supermarket Manager to anchor the daily engine of our retail operations. In the specialized landscape of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), success is defined by "Retail Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-traffic customer service with the clinical precision required for Inventory Accuracy, POS Reconciliation, and Vendor Coordination. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–5 years of retail management experience who can blend "Floor Grit" (supervising staff and managing product displays) with the "Analytical Agility" required to prepare sales reports and optimize profit margins.
Requirements:
1. Inventory Orchestration & Floor Governance
Stock Sovereignty: Monitor inventory levels and manage expiries with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Product Freshness."
Merchandising Architecture: Implement attractive product displays and categorical arrangements, providing the "Visual Foundation" for increased basket size.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain store cleanliness and safety compliance, ensuring the "Source of Customer Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Financial Logic
Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and analyze daily/weekly sales reports, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Intelligence."
Fiscal Architecture: Ensure strict adherence to cash-handling procedures and POS reconciliation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for financial security.
Vendor Stewardship: Manage supplier relationships and track deliveries, maintaining the "Source of Supply Chain Continuity."
3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power
Team Sovereignty: Train, coach, and motivate cashiers and floor attendants, acting as the primary "Source of Staff Performance."
Service Architecture: Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, providing the "Relational Foundation" for brand loyalty.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2–5 years of retail expertise to identify cost-reduction and shrinkage-optimization opportunities in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Store Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in supermarket management or a supervisory retail role.
Sector Advantage: Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and sales reporting.
Core Competencies
