Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Supermarket Manager to anchor the operational engine of our Apapa location. In the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) landscape, success is defined by "Retail Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex floor dynamics with the clinical precision required for Inventory Control, Merchandising Excellence, and Safety Governance. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–4 years of experience who can blend "Tactical Grit" (managing daily store cleanliness and staff discipline) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute sales strategies and manage operational budgets.

Requirements:

1. Operational Orchestration & Merchandising Governance

• Display Sovereignty: Ensure proper product display and availability with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Excellence."

• Merchandising Architecture: Implement elite merchandising standards to maximize shelf-space utility, providing the "Structural Foundation" for customer engagement.

• Efficiency Stewardship: Oversee daily store operations to maintain superior cleanliness and order, ensuring the "Source of Store Integrity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Inventory Logic

• Stock Sovereignty: Master inventory control practices and ordering processes, acting as the primary "Source of Supply Chain Stability."

• Budget Architecture: Manage store budgets and operational costs with clinical precision, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for branch profitability.

• Safety Stewardship: Maintain rigorous safety standards for both staff and customers, maintaining the "Source of Environmental Security."

3. Team Integrity & Growth Power

• Leadership Sovereignty: Manage and coach the store team to deliver exceptional service, acting as the primary "Source of Staff Performance."

• Target Architecture: Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets, providing the "Visual Foundation" for business growth.

• Resolution Logic: Utilize 2–4 years of retail expertise to resolve customer issues promptly, maximizing the "Source of Customer Retention."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, HND, or OND in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in Supermarket or high-volume retail management.

• Tech Mastery: Proficiency in basic IT tools and retail software (POS/Inventory systems).

Core Competencies

• Leadership Grit: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and hold a diverse team accountable.

• Operational Sovereignty: Deep understanding of daily retail operations and inventory control.
