Job Description:
We are looking for a high-energy, sales-driven Social Media & DM Sales Coordinator to manage our digital storefronts. In this role, your success is measured not just by likes and followers, but by conversion rates and closed deals. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that stops the scroll, while simultaneously managing high volumes of DMs to turn inquiries into confirmed orders. If you are a persuasive communicator who understands the nuances of "Social Selling" and thrives on hitting sales targets, we want you to lead our community engagement.
Requirements:
1. Content Strategy & Page Growth
Brand Custodian: Grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business while maintaining a consistent brand tone and visual style.
Content Creation: Plan, create, and schedule high-performing posts, stories, and reels that drive engagement.
Metric Monitoring: Track page performance to understand what content drives the most high-quality leads.
2. DM Sales & Lead Conversion
Instant Response: Monitor and respond to all DMs, comments, and inquiries with professional speed and a "sales-first" mindset.
Sales Closing: Qualify leads through conversation, handle objections effectively, and close sales directly within the social media platforms.
Upselling: Proactively recommend complementary products or services to increase the total order value.
Pipeline Management: Follow up with "warm" leads who haven't completed their purchase to improve overall conversion rates.
3. Community Engagement & Customer Success
Reputation Management: Foster a positive community environment; handle complaints with patience and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Loyalty Building: Engage with followers and past customers to encourage repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
Internal Liaison: Work closely with logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure confirmed orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
4. Performance Reporting
Data Tracking: Maintain a rigorous log of daily and weekly inquiries, leads generated, and total sales closed.
Insights: Provide regular reports on audience feedback and conversion trends to help refine the marketing strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Background
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience managing business social media pages and closing sales via DMs.
Education: Minimum of an OND in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred).
Location: Candidates must reside in or around Ikeja for proximity to the office.
