Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Social Media Manager / Customer Experience Representative to anchor the growth engine of our school network. In a specialized educational landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the inquiry and the precision of the engagement success is defined by "Engagement Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative digital marketing with the clinical precision required for Lead Nurturing, Enrollment Conversion, and CRM Governance. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" who can blend "Creative Grit" (producing compelling brand content) with the "Analytical Agility" required to manage Conversion Pipelines and Performance Metrics.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Visibility Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Narrative: Develop and execute social media strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Visibility."

  • Inquiry Architecture: Generate and nurture leads through digital platforms and content, providing the "Structural Foundation" for student recruitment.

2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic

  • CRM Architecture: Manage leads and conversion pipelines using HubSpot or Sales Cloud, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven recruitment.

  • Conversion Stewardship: Support targeted messaging and timely follow-ups, maintaining the "Source of Enrollment Growth."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

  • Performance Sovereignty: Monitor and optimize metrics (engagement, leads, ROI), acting as the primary "Source of Marketing Efficiency."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
