Job Description:

Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Visibility Governance
Sovereignty of the Narrative: Develop and execute social media strategies with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Visibility."

2. Tactical Resilience & Conversion Logic
Nurturing Sovereignty: Engage prospective families via digital channels to drive enrollment, acting as the primary "Source of Customer Trust."
CRM Architecture: Manage leads and conversion pipelines using HubSpot or Sales Cloud, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven recruitment.
Conversion Stewardship: Support targeted messaging and timely follow-ups, maintaining the "Source of Enrollment Growth."
3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power
Performance Sovereignty: Monitor and optimize metrics (engagement, leads, ROI), acting as the primary "Source of Marketing Efficiency."
Insight Architecture: Analyze trends and recommend strategies to improve campaign results, providing the "Relational Foundation" for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Lead Generation.
