Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Social Media Analyst to anchor the digital engine of the institute. In a specialized online landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the trend and the precision of the engagement success is defined by "Digital Narrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative content with the clinical precision required for Metric Analysis, Audience Growth, and Community Management. This role is designed for a "Content Architect", specifically a professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (designing engaging posts and scheduling across platforms) with the "Technical Agility" required to utilize Analytics Tools and track performance metrics.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Engagement Governance

  • Sovereignty of Account: Manage and monitor the institute’s social media presence with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Identity."

  • Interaction Architecture: Respond to messages and inquiries with professional poise, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite community relations.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Reputation" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

  • Performance Sovereignty: Analyze metrics and generate high-fidelity reports, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Strategy."

  • Trend Architecture: Monitor shifting digital trends and suggest relevant content pivots, providing the "Functional Foundation" for sustained relevance.

  • Growth Stewardship: Track and optimize audience growth patterns, maintaining the "Source of Market Visibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Content Power

  • Creative Sovereignty: Develop and implement content strategies and schedule engaging posts, acting as the primary "Source of Narrative Momentum."

  • Collaboration Architecture: Sync with design and marketing teams to produce high-impact assets, providing the "Relational Foundation" for cross-functional success.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 1–2 years of digital marketing expertise to accelerate the "Trend-to-Post" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Engagement Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Digital Media, or Business Admin.

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Technical Power: Strong understanding of social media platforms and basic knowledge of Analytics Tools.

  • Added Advantage: Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, or experience managing paid social media campaigns.
