Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Product Marketer to anchor the growth engine of Paga’s consumer and merchant offerings. In a specialized fintech landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of adoption and the precision of the value proposition success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-level strategic positioning with the clinical precision required for UI Copywriting, GTM Execution, and Lifecycle Optimization. This role is designed for a "Master Practitioner", specifically an individual contributor with at least 5 years of experience who can blend "Strategic Grit" (conducting user interviews and competitive intelligence) with the "Technical Agility" required to analyze cohort retention charts and write punchy, persuasive copy.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Narrative Governance

  • Sovereignty of Voice: Develop core value propositions and messaging frameworks for consumer/merchant lines, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Consistency."

  • GTM Architecture: Lead end-to-end execution of feature launches, building assets and coordinating emails to ensure the "in-app" experience matches the marketing promise.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Act as the internal expert on users, providing the Product team with actionable feedback to ensure the "Source of the Roadmap" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Lifecycle Logic

  • Retention Sovereignty: Optimize triggers and notifications to move users from "signed up" to "power user," acting as the primary "Source of Customer Lifetime Value."

  • Competitive Architecture: Monitor market shifts and fintech competitors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for Paga's sustained preference in the market.

  • Sales Stewardship: Equip the agent network with localized content and narrative tools, maintaining the "Source of Ground-Level Adoption."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

  • Data Sovereignty: Use Amplitude, Mixpanel, or SQL to measure campaign success, acting as the primary "Source of Performance Evidence."

  • Translation Architecture: Convert technical "tech-speak" into resonant benefits for diverse Nigerian demographics, providing the "Relational Foundation" for mass adoption.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 5+ years of fintech marketing expertise to accelerate the "Feature-to-Market" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Product Throughput."
