Job Description:
- Oversee settlement processes and manage chargebacks to ensure accurate financial transactions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in settlements or finance.
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Experience with chargeback/claims management systems.
- Familiarity with payment processors and settlement reports.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet strict cutoffs.
