• Oversee settlement processes and manage chargebacks to ensure accurate financial transactions and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of experience in settlements or finance.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Experience with chargeback/claims management systems.
• Familiarity with payment processors and settlement reports.
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet strict cutoffs.
