Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Services Specialist to anchor the technical engine of our Subsea Projects division. In a specialized offshore landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the mobilization and the precision of the pressure test success is defined by "Subsea Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex disassembly and assembly workflows with the clinical precision required for HPUs, Valve Actuators, Manifolds, and Multiplex Electro-Hydraulic Control Systems. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect", specifically a professional with at least 3 years of hands-on workshop experience who can blend "Engineering Grit" (reading complex schematics and BoMs) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute flawless demobilizations and equipment refurbishments.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Technical Governance
Documentation Sovereignty: Ensure all controls equipment documentation (JSA, Risk Assessment, Permits) is in place with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."
System Architecture: Maintain, repair, and test Subsea Production Equipment (SSPE) across the services line, providing the "Structural Foundation" for deepwater reliability.
Integrity Stewardship: Execute precise disassembly and assembly based on complex drawings and schematics, ensuring the "Source of Engineering Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Execution Logic
Maintenance Sovereignty: Troubleshoot and refurbish topside and subsea equipment (HPUs, EDP/LRP, Instrumentation), acting as the primary "Source of Equipment Longevity."
Logistics Architecture: Conduct flawless pre-load out checks and mobilization activities, providing the "Functional Foundation" for successful offshore deployments.
Fault Stewardship: Identify and report machinery faults (Cranes, Pumps) immediately, maintaining the "Source of Workplace Safety."
3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power
Quality Sovereignty: Align all tasks with Company Regulatory HSE and Quality standards, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Compliance."
Reporting Architecture: Create sign-off reports and vouch task hours each day with high fidelity, providing the "Relational Foundation" for project transparency.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3+ years of subsea workshop expertise to accelerate the "Repairs-to-Mobilization" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Project Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Master's degree is an advantage).
NYSC: Must possess a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years hands-on workshop and engineering experience in Subsea Oil & Gas.
Technical Power: Mastery of HPUs, valves, actuators, manifolds, and multiplex control systems.
Digital Literacy: Proficient in MS Office, ORACLE ERP, and CAD packages.
